These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment process at froda.shop, operated by 000 TUFF LUV ENTERPRISES, INC. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience for our customers in Nigeria:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (where available).

Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfers for international orders.

2. Currency and Pricing

  • Currency: All transactions on froda.shop are processed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Exchange Rates: If your credit card or bank account is based in Nigerian Naira (NGN), your bank will automatically convert the total amount from USD to NGN based on their prevailing exchange rates at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

  • Your full credit card number is never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through certified Level 1 PCI-compliant payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal).

4. Billing Accuracy

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order details. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@froda.shop.

6. Taxes and Duties

For orders placed from Nigeria, please be aware that:

  • Prices listed do not include international customs duties or import taxes that may be levied by the Nigerian government upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
