Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at froda.shop. We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The pet comb must be unused, hair-free, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, combs that show signs of use (e.g., pet hair, dander, or scratches) cannot be accepted for return.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Currency: All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank may apply exchange rate fees when converting back to your local currency.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International Shipping: Since we serve the Nigerian market, please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@froda.shop with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
